Crane Project Case Study

How are the parts of the explosion-proof electric hoist lubricated?

We are more likely to use electric hoists in our lives, but I wonder if you have used a higher-level explosion-proof electric hoist? In fact, it is a kind of equipment with higher explosion-proof grade, which can be used in the case of more dust, and will not cause too much damage. So what are its lubrication parts? Let's see it together.
explosion-proof electric hoist
1. Wire rope
When the temperature of the own hemp core grease in the wire rope of the explosion-proof electric hoist reaches 80 degrees or more, soak it in such lubricating oil, it can get good lubrication, and can extend the life of the wire rope.
2. Reel
The lubrication of the reel part is just to apply the surface of the steel wire rope.
3. Reducer
The lubrication method is to drip in from the self-lubricating hole, and then it will automatically infiltrate the interior to provide power for work.
4. Bearings, pulleys and other parts
The lubrication of these parts is to directly squeeze the lubricating oil in. The oil used is generally calcium-based lubricating oil, which is added once every six months.
