1. The electrical equipment of explosion-proof cranes for explosive gas environments is divided into Class I and Class II according to relevant regulations. The corresponding explosion-proof cranes are classified as:

Class I: explosion-proof cranes for coal mines
Class II: Explosion-proof cranes for other explosive gas environments except coal mines.
Among them, Class II explosion-proof "d" and intrinsically safe "i" explosion-proof cranes are divided into IIA, IIB, IIC explosion-proof cranes.
For IIB class explosion-proof cranes, it can be applied to the use conditions of IIA class explosion-proof cranes; IIC class can be applied to IIA and IIB class explosion-proof cranes.

2. The electrical equipment of explosion-proof cranes used in combustible dust environments is divided into A type and B type according to relevant regulations, which are represented by DIPA and DIPB respectively. According to the temperature grouping, they can be divided into the following groups:

High surface temperature of electrical equipment of Class I explosion-proof cranes -When coal dust may accumulate on the surface of electrical equipment, it cannot exceed 150 degrees Celsius;When the surface of electrical equipment will not accumulate or measures (such as sealing dust or ventilation) can prevent coal dust from the regulations, it should not exceed 450 degrees Celsius.
The high surface temperature of electrical equipment of Class II and dust explosion-proof cranes is grouped as follows: T1-T6 are: 450, 300, 200, 135, 100, 85 degrees Celsius.
