The importance of electric hoist operation test

The electric hoist just bought needs to do no-load test and load test, which can effectively see whether the electric hoist is in a normal state, so the operation test of the electric hoist is a very important process.

The electric hoist that is newly installed or installed after disassembly and inspection should first be tested without load. After several times, if there is no abnormality, the next step can be carried out. However, it should be reminded that if the installation is not completed, do not try to turn on the power.

Before normal use, carry out a static load test of about 100 mm from the ground at 125% of the rated load for 10 minutes, and check whether it is normal. This is what we call an overload test.

The dynamic load test is to perform repeated lifting and moving left and right tests with the rated load weight. After the test, check whether the mechanical transmission part, the electrical part and the connection part are normal and reliable.

The operation test of the electric hoist can effectively measure the health status of the electric hoist, and it is a very important link to find abnormalities in time.
