Installation method of group crane electric hoist basket

Before checking the gondola again, you must read the product manual and train the operators to understand the working principle of the equipment, precautions and safe operation procedures.

Finally, the weight of heavy iron must be sufficient. The torque at the counterweight end should be 3 times the torque at the basket end (torque arm = moment). The joint should be firm and reliable. The distance between the sling and the safety lock should be adjusted after assembly. By moving the safety lock, the hanging basket tilts 6-8 degrees, and the safety lock can lock the safety rope until the safety rope reaches the end.
