Overhead crane periodic inspection acceptance process
Periodic inspection of lifting machinery includes procedures such as application, acceptance, periodic inspection, issuance of periodic inspection report and inspection mark:
1, apply
The crane user unit shall, in accordance with the periodic inspection requirements of the technical specifications, submit the periodic inspection requirements to the special equipment inspection and testing agency one month before the expiration of the qualified inspection period.
2, accept
After receiving the application for periodic inspection, the inspection and testing agency shall arrange the inspection in time according to the requirements of the technical specifications and notify the applicant; if the inspection conditions are not met, the reason shall be explained.
3, regular inspection
During the on-site inspection, the inspection unit and maintenance and other related units of the lifting machinery shall arrange relevant professionals to cooperate with the inspection on site and provide relevant technical information to the inspection agency:
(1) Equipment registration and operation management system and other materials;
(2) Equipment technical files;
(3) Maintenance, routine inspections and records of failures and accidents, etc.
