What kinds of cables are there for lifting equipment
1. Selectable cable trolley (or cable trolley) can prevent cables from being driven and cable movement. For cables with an outer diameter of no more than 8mm, the curvature diameter of the cable bending plate should be at least 6.3 times that of the cable's outer path ; For cables with an outer diameter greater than 8mm, it should be at least 8 times the outer diameter; for cables with an outer diameter greater than 12.5mm, it should be at least 10 times the outer diameter; for flat cables, the cable is approximately the diameter of a round cable. When arranging the cables, make sure that the cables are kept flat, the pressure plate is firmly crimped, and the outer diameter of the cables on the same layer should be connected firmly. It is necessary to prevent one or several cables from passing through a cable and overheating. During operation, when the angle between a small aerial cable car and the suspension rope is close to 120°, the rope should be fully straightened and subjected to force.
2. When the cable drum is powered, the cable should be prevented from being driven in motion. For cables with an outer diameter of no more than 21.5mm, the maximum bottom diameter of the cable drum should be 10 times the outer diameter of the cable; for cables with an outer diameter greater than 21.5mm, the cable The minimum diameter of the reel should be 12.5 times that of the cable.
The cable reel should be able to actively wind the cable, and the driving force of the reel should not require a large coil when winding the cable. For unreinforced cables, the permitted tensile force acting on the copper wires is 20N/mm2. When the cable coiling speed is required to be high or the cable has a heavier weight, a steel wire rope with increased strength should be set up as the core.
