Five important maintenance measures for electric chain hoist
The main components of the electric chain hoist should be processed by brake welding, multi-axis machining center, CNC lathe, drilling and tapping integration, etc., and the stator of the brake motor adopts advanced technology such as automatic winding and embedding. The surface of some parts of the product should be surface treated by processes such as lead-free electrostatic spraying and hexavalent chromium-free electroplating. The five important maintenance measures of electric chain hoist are as follows:
1: When using electric chain hoist outdoors, rain-proof equipment should be installed.
2: The oil in the gearbox of the electric chain hoist has been operating for 500 hours from the beginning. Please check whether the amount of lubricating oil is sufficient, and check the lubricating oil regularly for the third month. If it is insufficient, add oil.
3: Always keep the parts of the electric chain hoist dry. When the operation is completed, please drive the hoist away from the humid area, high temperature area or chemical area to maintain its performance.
4: When the electric chain hoist is not used for a long time, it should be treated with rust prevention, cleaning and maintenance, and run up and down for 1-3 minutes to maintain its performance.
5: For the maintenance of the electric chain hoist chain, the chain should be lubricated with oil, and the high dust factory should be oiled, and the foreign matter in the chain and the limit guide groove group should be removed regularly to ensure the smooth operation of the chain.
