Monthly inspection items and contents such as the provision of table for various types of hoist crane may not suit all, we can use the specific structures, performance characteristics and applicable scope to choose, inspect ,maintain and repair.

Machine noise testing |
Use the sound level meter to test the lifting and falling operation noise, the sound level meter equal to the stethophone, which can tell whether there is abnormality through the noise. |

See if the girder or hoist has abnormal vibration when in full load lifting, and listen if all structures has abnormal sound, and if possible, touch the gear box and motor, to see if there is abnormal fever, then analyses the reasons and exclude the anomalies. |
