Firstly, let’s see the pillar fixed column mounted jib type crane with capacity from 0.5 ton to 16 ton.
It’s consisted with jib, pillar, hoist, all the electricals, and anchor bolts for foundation.
Main structure
For the main structure jib and pillar, there are two kinds of connection structure. Pls see the picture, this is our standard design, called diagonal support, but its arm length shall less than 6meters. If the arm is over 7meters, we will change design to rotary support, it is special made for heavy crane which can bear more strength.
Jib hoist
For the hoist, there are four types can be used on it. That is electric wire rope hoist, electric chain hoist, European-spec wire rope hoist, and manual chain block.
If your warehouse height is very low but want to increase the lifting height, we suggest European-spec wire rope hoist and low headroom chain hoist, which has very low self height.
If you use it in clean room, we suggest chain hoist.
If it’s not convenient to use power in the plant, manual chain block will be a better choice. Also the rotation can make to manual.
There is not much differences between them, just depends on your choice.
Electricals
For the electricals, we commonly use CHINT brand, which is very famous here, if you want Schneider or ABB or other brand, it’s no problems. We can change it accordingly.

Power supplier of pillar jib crane
We know that there are different industrial power supply in each countries, such as we have 380v, 50hz, 3p here, Bangladesh is 415v, 50hz, 3p, Saudi is 380v 60 3p, Canada is 600v, 60hz, 3p etc. Don’t worry, we can revise it based on your site power request.
Safety devices of pillar jib crane
As the jib crane is used for lifting heavy goods, so safety is the most important factor we should consider.
There are safety devices such as overload limit to prevent the crane lifting overload. Lifting limit switch to protect it from knocking the hoist, and traveling limit switch for hoist and rotation to protect it from knocking the end.
If it will be installed outside, we can add a rain cover to protect it from heavy rain.

Mobile type jib crane
The mobile cantilever crane has the characteristics of flexibility and wide adaptability. It is a necessary emergency hoisting equipment for efficient automatic production lines. With it, it can ensure that the production line is unobstructed. The lifting weight is 125KG to 500KG.

Wall-type jib crane
If you already have pillar in the warehouse, you can use another type, that is wall mounted jib crane.
The parts is the sames as BZ type, the main difference is this one only have jib/beam, don’t have pillar. You only need to fixed it on the existing pillar or wall. It can save much room on floor than BZ type.The hoist also can use wire rope hoist, chain hoist, European-spec hoist and manual chain block upon your use.
Types of wall jib cranes
Wall mounted jib crane. Can be divided into: BX type wall jib crane and BB type wall travelling jib crane, the lifting weight is 125KG to 3000KG. The lifting height is 3 meters.
Wall-type cantilever crane is a new type of material lifting equipment developed on the basis of wall-column cantilever crane.
The walking rail is installed on the cement column of the factory building, and can move longitudinally along the rail.
At the same time, the electric hoist can complete the lateral movement along the selection arm and the vertical lifting. Greatly expanded the scope of work, more effective use of plant space, more ideal use effect. The lifting weight is 1000KG to 5000KG, and the lifting height can be customized by customers.

Articulating jib crane / Crank-type jib crane
The crank-type jib crane has the characteristics of flexible extension, flexible operation, high efficiency and energy saving. During operation, press the button to hoist the load, and use the bending and rotating motion of the beam to avoid objects in the control work area to maximize the work area.
The crank arm crane is suitable for production or maintenance occasions in machinery manufacturing, railway, chemical industry, light industry and other industries, especially in the production line with dense equipment, short-distance hoisting, and frequent operations, which can improve production efficiency. Types of Articulating Jib Cranes
There are 3 types articulating jib crane from Yuantai Crane, freestanding articulating jib crane, wall mounted articulating jib crane, and ceiling mounted articulating jib crane.
Articulating jib cranes are generally used in narrow spaces, where the traditional jib crane cannot reach. The rotating boom is divided into two sections, which can meet the narrow space and can also lift heavy objects from outside the house.
Articulating Jib Cranes differ from traditional jib cranes by having a pivot point along the jib arm. This allows you to position loads in places you cannot reach with traditional jibs. These jibs can position and spot a load around obstructions, through doorways, or rotate in close to the freestanding mast or building column.
Caution: When the lifting mechanism is an electric hoist or an intelligent balancer, both the upper folding arm structure and the lower folding arm structure need to be mechanically limited (bumped) to prevent the power cord itself from being entangled.
