Overhead Crane Package and Delivery to United Arab Emirates

As the Overhead Crane will be delivered by a 40-foot top container with a total length of around 11.8m and a crane span of more than 11.8m, we designed to divide the single girder gantry crane span into two separate parts that will be assembled into one whole at the UAE client trailer plant and it is very reliable and safety is guaranteed,then start the package,all of the package is based on international export standards.

After the package was completed, Yuantai Crane booked the vessel and arranged for the truck to arrive at our factory to load the 20 sets of overhead cranes.

Our logistic department workers fixed the crane well once it was loaded during the loading process.

The customer installed the 20 sets of single girder overhead cranes themselves, following our installation manual and electrical drawings. During the installation, they encountered minor difficulties connecting the crane's electrics; Yuantai Crane acted quickly and assisted the client in resolving the issue. Finally, the UAE client completed the installations successfully and was very pleased with the quality of our Overhead Cranes and Yuantai Crane service. We have promised a warranty during which time if any parts are damaged due to poor quality, we will replace them at no cost to the client.
