Features of 10 ton ladle cranes
Heat Insulation:
The bottom of the girder is given a heat-insulation treatment with an operating temperature range of -10°C to +60°C and relative humidity of 50% or less below 40°C.
For Safety:
- It is completely prohibited to stand underneath the ladle crane during operation.
- To seal and lock the steel wire rope at the wedge connection, two rope clamps are placed, and the remaining length of the steel wire rope head is 200mm;
- The height of the hook from the ground must be less than 2 meters after utilizing the crane (including the hoist);
- Before commissioning and startup, the user must pump oil into the reducer.

LDY metallurgical single girder cranes is used for lifting of melting metal sites of metallurgy, casting, its matching lifting mechanism is YHⅡ metallurgy electric hoist, the weight is less than 10 t. The bottom of main beam using special insulated heat . Working ambient temperature is -20℃- 60℃, humidity no more than 50%.
The YHII metallurgical electric hoist, which is matched to LDY metallurgical single girder cranes as its lifting mechanism, is used to lift melted metal from metallurgy and casting facilities. Specially insulated heat plate is used in the main beam's bottom. Working temperatures range from -20 to 60 degrees Celsius, with a maximum humidity of 50%.
