Kbk workstation cranes

1 Ton Workstation Crane for Sale America, 1 Ton Kbk Crane Floor mounted Design for machinery engineering company in USA. Check 1 ton freestanding workstation crane now.

KBK workstation crane is a modular overhead crane system designed for material handling in small workspaces. The main specifications of KBK workstation crane depend on the type of system chosen, but generally, they have a load capacity of up to 2,000 kg and can span up to 8 meters.

There are several types of KBK workstation crane systems available, including single-girder, double-girder, and monorail systems. Single-girder systems are ideal for lighter loads and shorter spans, while double-girder systems are better suited for heavier loads and longer spans. Monorail systems are designed for straight-line material handling.

Installation of KBK workstation crane is relatively easy compared to traditional overhead cranes. The system can be mounted on existing structures or installed as a standalone unit. It can also be easily modified or expanded as business needs change.

KBK workstation cranes are commonly used in manufacturing, assembly lines, and warehouses for material handling tasks such as lifting, moving, and positioning heavy items. They are also ideal for repetitive tasks and can help reduce worker fatigue and injuries.

1 ton workstation bridge crane design & main specifications

The KBK workstation crane was customized to meet the specific needs of the client. It was designed with a single-girder system that spanned 8.1 meters and had a load capacity of 1 ton. The crane was also equipped with a manual travelling electric chain hoist that could lift loads up to 4.6  meters in height. At the very beginning , the  initial design was provided as the following drawing, based on the lifting requirements and application conditions.

Some detailed technical questions on 1 ton kbk crane

1.Lifting height was 4.6m, but is now 4m. Did t need to be reduced due to the additional cranes, or can we keep the height at 4.6'?The lifting height4.6m was wrong in the first quote because we took the total height 18-3 3/4 as column height. For height, we only have the attached drawing for calculation on lifting height. if the total height is not 18'-3 3/4, please clarity. without a drawing, l was unclear what lifting height=4m meant. l just want to make sure we go as tall as we can. l took some measurements this morning. Our max height for the cross beam is 176"

2,.You have 2 cranes on the left bay, 3 on the right. We're actually looking for 3 on the left, and 3 or 4 on the right.l sketched another layout that can hopefully clear up any confusion. It shows the cranes, the crane column locations, and the  utility drops that ill prevent the cranes from moving the full length of the runways.

Ok, noted, shall revise as such in final offer. There will be bull bar" to prevent the crane from hitting the marked utility drops.Thank you.

3, In reference to the layout,Crane 5 will likely be shared by weld cell  and 6.No problem to this arrangement.

4, l assumed there would need to be a crane column splitting weld cells 5 and 6 (33’ ), but if that distance can be spanned for the single crane, it would

be great 33' can be spanned and no need to add extra columns between cell 5 and 6.

For this bay, rails and main girders will need to be bigger(implication slightly more expensive), that’s  all. Spanning 33' for cells5 and 6 would be great, unless it impacts price greatly. Hopefully with 8columns instead of 10, the cost increase is marginal. Just let me know.

5,can you please indicate the power supply to the cranes to be 'seamless slide wire , so there is no confusion?l have confirmed both in email and quotation that seamless slide wire is used for power supply to the cranes. Ok. Just want to be sure, as this is very important.

6, Can you please indicated column spacing, center to center? A layout would even be better After you confirm 1) the total height,2)crane 5 are shared by cell 5 and 6 without extra columns, Correct, contingent upon amount of cost increase. 3)3 cranes for the left bay and 3 cranes for the right bay,Correct, we want to plan for this, but if price doesn’t allow for all at once, we may need to purchase remaining later. 4) you prefer electric or manual crane travelling, We are leaning toward manual. Can the power assist be retrofitted later if we decide we need it? We can provide you with final offer, together with layout indicating column spacing.

How to do the foundation of 1 ton freestanding kbk crane

Regarding the foundation of the column, if the existing factory building can be pre-embedded, it is recommended to do pre-embedded.

  • If pre-embedding is not possible and the thickness of the ground cement is more than 300mm, expansion bolts can be used instead of pre-embedding.
  • The placement direction of the column is marked on the top view of the drawing, please note that the price of the column is based on this conventional arrangement.

Pre-embedded foundation for freestanding kbk crane 1 ton

  • Here are the general steps to do the foundation for a 1 ton freestanding KBK crane:
  • Determine the location: Choose a location with sufficient space and a flat surface where the crane can be installed. Ensure that the area is clear of any obstructions and that there is enough room for the crane to move around.
  • Excavate the foundation: Excavate the foundation to the required depth and dimensions. The dimensions of the foundation will depend on the specific requirements of the crane system being installed.
  • Pour the concrete: Pour the concrete into the foundation. Ensure that it is level and smooth.
  • Install anchor bolts: Install anchor bolts into the wet concrete. The anchor bolts should be positioned according to the specifications of the crane system being installed.
  • Allow concrete to cure: Allow the concrete to cure for the recommended amount of time before proceeding with installation of the crane system.

It is important to note that foundation procedures may vary depending on the specific type of 1 ton freestanding KBK crane being installed, as well as other factors such as site conditions and local regulations. It is recommended to consult with a qualified installer or manufacturer for specific foundation instructions. Contact us today to learn more on the foundation designing of kbk crane.

How to installation of freestanding kbk crane

Here are the general steps to install a 1 ton freestanding KBK crane:

  • Determine the location: Choose a location with sufficient space and a flat surface where the crane can be installed. Ensure that the area is clear of any obstructions and that there is enough room for the crane to move around.
  • Install the columns: Install the columns that will support the crane system. The columns should be anchored to the floor and be able to withstand the weight of the crane and the loads it will carry.
  • Install the runway beams: Install the runway beams on top of the columns. Ensure that the beams are level and securely fastened to the columns.
  • Install the end trucks: Install the end trucks on the runway beams. These trucks will support the bridge girder of the crane system.
  • Install the bridge girder: Install the bridge girder onto the end trucks. Ensure that it is level and securely fastened.
  • Install the hoist: Install the hoist onto the bridge girder. Ensure that it is level and securely fastened.
  • Test the system: Test the system to ensure that it is functioning properly. Test the hoist, trolley, and bridge movement to ensure that they are all working as expected.
  • Train personnel: Train personnel on how to safely operate and maintain the crane system.
  • Obtain certification: Obtain certification from a qualified inspector to ensure that the system meets safety standards and regulations.

It is important to note that installation procedures may vary depending on the specific type of 1 ton freestanding KBK crane being installed, as well as other factors such as site conditions and local regulations.
