How to brake the running electric hoist in an emergency situation
The brake of the electric hoist is realized by the motor. Remove the tail cover, unscrew the four screws that fix the adjustment nut, turn the adjustment nut clockwise with a wrench to the limit position, and then turn it counterclockwise for one turn, then install it and tighten it. The screw can be adjusted successfully.
1. The electric hoist whose motor axis is perpendicular to the axis of the drum adopts a worm gear transmission. The width is large, the structure is cumbersome, the mechanical efficiency is low, and the processing is difficult. No manufacturer can produce this type of product.
2. The electric hoist with the motor axis parallel to the drum axis has the advantage of small height and length. The disadvantages are large width, grouping, and complicated manufacturing and assembly. The track turning radius is large.
3. The electric hoist with the motor installed in the drum has the advantages of small length and compact structure. The main disadvantages are poor heat dissipation conditions of the motor, poor grouping, inconvenient inspection, installation, and maintenance of the motor, and complex power supply devices.
4. The electric hoist with the motor mounted on the outside of the drum has the advantages of good grouping, high degree of generalization, easy to change the lifting height, and convenient installation and maintenance. The disadvantage is that the length is large.
