First, the volume is different

It has high flexibility and reasonable structure, so it is small in size. It is used for wire rope electric hoists. The winding device is a wire rope, and the lifting is rotated by the drum. , The wire rope needs to be wound to the maximum height, and the wire rope needs to be wound on the drum at least 3 times. This leads to an increase in the length of the reel, an increase in height, an increase in the length of the reel, and an increase in the volume of the device. Therefore, the wire rope hoist of the same specification is several times or even ten times that of the chain hoist.

Secondly, the height of the elevator is different

Yuantai wire rope electric hoist lifts the weight through the elastic deformation of the wire rope wound on the drum. The smaller the diameter of the drum, the greater the type of wire rope variable, because one side is under pressure and the other side is under tension. The strength does not exceed the regulations, and the diameter of the reel needs to be increased. Yuantai electric chain hoist is hinged by chain links, and the chain mainly bears the pulling force. In order to reduce the pressing force between the connecting rods and between the connecting rod ring and the sprocket seat, the sprocket is made into a socket shape. It can be seen from these two devices of the same specification that the diameter of the sprocket of the former is larger than that of the latter, so that the rise of the former is smaller than the latter when the track height is the same.

Three, the running distance is different

The axis of the Yuantai wire rope hoist is parallel to the centerline of the trolley running track. The centerline of the chain hoist and the running track can be installed at 90 degrees, so the latter has a longer running distance under the same conditions and track length.

Four, the modification method is different

Yuantai wire rope electric hoist has different lifting heights and different model lengths, so the lifting height is lower and cannot be changed to a higher lifting height. On the contrary, although it can be modified, the electric hoist drum will be idle and cause waste.
