General Installation Procedures of 30 Ton RTG Crane for Tunnel Construction Projects
For efficient 30 ton double girder gantry crane assembly at tunnel segment yard, the main steps are provided to guide the crane installation. In The following, the main steps are provided for your reference. If you have any need or cusotmized 30 ton crane, please feel free to contact us.
- Locate the positioning of the four rubber tires wheels of rtg crane on the ground in designated worksite by using dial ruler.
- Locate the ground anchor point based on the position of the outrigger (the ground anchor is the support point of the outrigger wind rope, and other alternative is allowed according to the site conditions).
- Use the truck crane to place the ground beam to the designated position.
- Use the truck crane and wrenches to assemble supporting leg legs onto the ground beams.
- Use wire rope, rope buckle and chain block to fix crane legs.
- Use truck crane, welding machine, aerial work truck and oxyacetylene flame to assemble main girders.
- Use truck crane to assemble hoist trolley.
- Use wrenches, screw, oxyacetylene flame and truck crane to fix and install electric components.
- Use wrenches and screw to connect electrical wires.
