1. When the hydraulic boom of the truck-mounted crane is parked for a long time, it is necessary to take certain anti-rust work and do a good job in cleaning the oil cylinder. At the same time, in order to prevent damage to the sealing of the oil seal, in order to prevent cotton wool from being caught in the oil seal, wipe it Do not use cotton products.
2. When connecting the low-pressure hose of the truck crane, do not pull it too tightly or present a sharp tortuous condition, otherwise the oil will not pass the whole process smoothly. In order to prevent being pinched, ensure that the pipeline is clean when replacing the hose, and have a dust cap at the end of the spare hose.
3. When the oil cylinder is in use, the piston rod must not be scratched or bumped; the anti-rust oil on the piston rod must be cleaned before use to prevent the anti-rust oil from damaging the oil seal.
