Safety Operation Regulations for Truck-mounted Cranes
1. Only trained professionals can operate the truck-mounted crane. The operator must be at the console when the truck-mounted crane is running. Other irrelevant personnel cannot enter the operating range of the truck-mounted crane. It is forbidden to stand and stand under the lifting object. Lift people with cranes.
2. When operating the truck-mounted crane, it is strictly forbidden to operate the two mechanisms at the same time, and the lifted object cannot exceed the load value calibrated in the truck-mounted crane load diagram.
3. It is not allowed to lift the load at an angle to ensure that the load is safe and firm. Do not pull or diagonally pull the load. When the load just leaves the ground, make sure that the load has no obstacles in the direction of travel.
4. The truck-mounted crane must keep a certain distance above the high-voltage line in the lifting area.
5. The ground of the site where the crane is operated must be solid and level, and the ground must not sink during the work process. If it must be on a soft or down ground, a support plate must be placed between the outriggers and the ground to increase the load-bearing area.
6. The operating environment temperature should be between -25°C and 55°C. Cranes are not allowed to be used during lightning, thunderstorms or wind speeds.
7. Before starting the lifting operation, check whether the lifting device is intact, the cargo must be firm, and the locking device of the truck-mounted crane must be locked.
8. When lifting goods, the angle of the sling (cable) should not be too small or too large, otherwise the pulling force of the sling is too large and it will break easily. If the angle is too small, the sling will be too long.
9. After the operation is completed, the truck-mounted crane must be fully retracted and locked before moving the vehicle.
