Everyone knows that bridge cranes have a long operating time, so inspections are correspondingly frequent. There are weekly inspections and monthly inspections. These inspections are for its safety. Today I will introduce us to the monthly What are the equipment inspection processes?

The content of the monthly equipment inspection of the bridge crane has the following six points:
     1. The bare nails of the motor, reducer, bearing support, angular bearing seat and other bases are tight due to the conditions and the wear of the motor brushes.
     2. The tightening of the screw of the wire rope pressing plate, the wear and lubrication of the wire rope used for more than three months.
     3. The wear of the wire insulation layer at the nozzle.
     4. The lubrication of each limit switch shaft.
     5. The amount of lubricating oil in the reducer.
     6. The wear of the wire rope at the balance wheel.

These parts are parts that are prone to wear during long-term operation or daily accumulation, so we should pay sufficient attention to them in the inspection.
