Maintenance and repair of electric chain hoist
1. Do not expose the crane to rain, so as not to affect the longevity of the host. If you need to install the electric hoist outdoors, please use canvas or plastic cover on the host or set up a canopy to prevent the host from raining. Do not seal it .2. Main engine gearbox lubrication: After 800 hours of use, please change the engine oil, and then check every three months. If you find that it is insufficient, please add engine oil to replenish it.
3. Daily inspection.
Please run up and down for 2 minutes under no-load conditions before daily operations, and check the following key points:
3.1- Please use an electric meter to check whether the voltage is normal
3.2-Is the motor working normally and no abnormal sound?
3.3- Is the chain running smoothly?
3.4-Whether the switch cuts off the power when the hook is running to the apex
3.5- Whether the brake equipment is normal
3.6- Whether the safety tongue of the lower hook is firm
3.7-Whether the chain is dry and oil-free
3.8-Check if the chain bag is damaged
4. Monthly maintenance
4.1- Limit switch inspection and maintenance
Please push the limit switch push shaft up and down by hand to check whether the action is flexible. If there is any inflexibility, please lubricate the push shaft with butter.
4.2- Check whether the screws of each part of the host are firm and not loose
