Electric hoist use maintenance and protection device

1. The electric hoist that is newly installed or installed after disassembly and inspection should first be tested for several times in an empty car. But before the installation is complete, do not try to turn on the power.

2. Before normal use, carry out a static load test with a rated load of 125%, lifting about 100 mm from the ground, and 10 minutes to check whether it is normal.

3. The dynamic load test is to perform repeated lifting and moving left and right tests with the rated load weight. After the test, check whether the mechanical transmission part, the electrical part and the connection part are normal and reliable.

4. During use, it is strictly forbidden to use it in an environment that is not allowed, and when it exceeds the rated load and the rated number of closings per hour (120 times).

5. During installation, debugging and maintenance, strictly check whether the limit device is flexible and reliable. When the hook is raised to the upper and limit position, the distance between the hook shell and the drum shell must be greater than 50mm (10t, 16t, 20t must be greater than 120mm) . When the hook is lowered to the lower and limit position, the wire rope safety loop on the drum should be ensured, and the effective safety loop must be more than 2 loops.

6. It is not allowed to press two flashlight door buttons that make the electric hoist move in opposite directions at the same time.

7. After the work is completed, the main switch of the power supply must be opened to cut off the power supply.

8. The electric hoist should be operated by a special person, and the operator should fully grasp the safety operation rules, and it is strictly forbidden to pull the inclined crane.

9. In use, the electric hoist must be inspected regularly by specialized personnel, and measures should be taken in time when the fault is found, and carefully recorded.

10. When adjusting the braking sliding amount of the electric hoist, it should be ensured that the braking sliding amount S≤V/100 under the rated load (V is the stable lifting distance within the next minute of the load).

11. The scrap standard of wire rope: The inspection and scrap standard of wire rope shall be implemented in accordance with CB/T5972-1986 "Practical Code for Inspection and Scrap of Wire Rope for Lifting Machinery".

12. When using the electric hoist, keep enough lubricating oil and keep the lubricating oil clean and free of impurities and dirt.

13. When oiling the wire rope, you should use a hard brush or small piece of wood. It is strictly forbidden to directly oil the working wire rope by hand.

14. When the electric hoist is not working, it is not allowed to hang heavy objects in the air to prevent permanent deformation of the parts.

15. During use, if a fault is found, the main power supply should be cut off immediately.

16. Special attention should be paid to wearing parts during use.

17.10~20 ton hoist may automatically power off after a long time of continuous operation. This belongs to the motor's overheating protection function, which can be lowered at this time. After a period of time, the electric hoist manufacturer can continue to work after the motor has cooled down.
