1. After the lifting equipment arrives at the station, it is unloaded and transported. Care should be taken to prevent collisions, bends, twists and other safety accidents. Therefore, the following requirements should be followed:
2, when hoisting, it is rare to have 2 hoists. The lashing place of the hoisting must have a gasket. The lashing is limited to the walking wheel or the load-bearing beam itself, and should be placed on both sides of the parts as much as possible.
3, if there is no light truck and other equipment to relocate, parts and components should be dragged in a flat car, and dragging on the road or dovetail rails is prohibited.
4. When storing, it must be installed stably, and wooden sleepers should be used to lay flat washers. Wooden sleepers should be placed symmetrically. The road surface should be firm and not move down for a long time, which will cause deformation of parts. If the lifting equipment is built-in for a long period of time, measures such as sun protection, wind resistance, waterproof and rainproof, and corrosion resistance should be properly adopted.
5, prior to installation, arrange relevant staff to study the engineering drawings carefully, and remove the deformation and shortcomings caused by unreasonable transportation or improper storage according to technical standards, especially the deformation of a part of the metal component, which needs to be installed after calibration.
6. After the lifting equipment is delivered, the parts and components should be checked according to the freight bill, and the conclusion should be recorded on the machine equipment file data card (the customer's spare).
7. For the machinery and equipment delivered by each branch (non-detailed assembly process), it should be carried out on the ground, and the whole or part of it should be built after accurate measurement and conformity with the drawings and relevant regulations. If the product has problems that are difficult for customers to solve, please contact the manufacturer directly, otherwise the lifting equipment will not be able to solve such problems after the lifting equipment is built in the industrial plant.
8. For the equipment with a long storage date (generally more than twelve months), especially the equipment placed outdoors, check the rust condition before installation to eliminate dirt, and if necessary, grease the assembly again. The lubricating grease pipe must be washed in the inner cavity, oiled again to make each part of the running part to rotate flexibly, and it is also necessary to check whether each part of the connection is firm and reliable.
