What is the cause of the noise caused by the double beam crane?
After the enterprise uses the double girder crane for a period of time, a certain amount of noise will be generated. Of course, noise cannot be avoided, but we can use some small measures to control the noise and reduce it.
1. Under normal circumstances, air flows into the oil of single and double girder bridge cranes, which will cause the oil pressure to lose balance; slowly the air will form bubbles in it. When the bubbles follow the oil flow to reach the high pressure area, the volume of the bubbles will be squeezed. At this time, the bubble volume will generate noise.
2. When the single and double girder bridge crane is operating, the conflict between the components will also produce noise. In this case, the noise that occurs is affected by the error in the density of the workpiece.
3. The internal performance of the overflow valve of the single and double beam bridge crane is unstable, which will also cause the equipment to vibrate and cause noise.
So how to deal with the noise of double beam crane?
In view of the above causes of noise, we can deeply analyze the structure of the double-beam crane and add materials in areas prone to radiated noise. For some very simple steel plate structures such as crane walkways, the manufacturing and installation methods should be strictly in accordance with the process requirements to avoid the same radiation noise as large parts. Reinforcing ribs can be used to suppress vibration, and sound insulation boards can be built in key positions of the crane.
Special connectors can also be used to prevent structural noise from being transmitted from one part to another. However, the main method is to reduce the noise directly from the source as much as possible, that is, to choose quieter components. If you use high-quality three-in-one motor drive, reduce the transmission parts; the crane adopts the frequency conversion speed regulation system, so that the impact of lifting and running is reduced to a lower level.
The noise of the double beam crane will not disappear by itself. But we will work hard to reduce the noise level and make people's working environment more and more comfortable.
