The reason why the electric hoist can't operate normally

Mini electric hoist is also called mini hoist or civil electric hoist, because this product can be used under 220v power supply voltage. It can be used normally at home without industrial electricity. The operation is much simpler than the industrial electric hoist.

However, there is a corresponding disadvantage that users who use miniature electric hoists have very little or even no knowledge of this aspect. Customers will scratch their heads when there is a problem.
Ordinary customers sometimes fail to rise or fall normally when using the miniature electric hoist. Just check the following points to find the reason.

1) Power supply voltage problem, check whether there is a problem with the household power supply, whether it is fluctuating high and low. In some areas, the power supply voltage fluctuates greatly, so it is very easy to cause the motor to turn when it does not turn. When the protection state of the motor is turned on, the motor stops directly.

2) When the limit baffle hits the limiter, the microelectronics will automatically stop the operation. Check whether the rise or fall has reached the limit.

3) When the wire rope is lifted in the reverse direction, the micro-electric motor will automatically stop working. If the wire rope is lifted in the reverse direction or the wire rope is knotted, it will also cause the motor to fail to rise and fall normally.

4) Whether it is installed in a place or environment is reasonable.

5) Check whether the importance of lifting or descending has exceeded the carrying capacity of the miniature electric hoist itself.
