Yuantai explosion-proof jib hoist used is type of explosion proof wire rope hoist. The explosion-proof marks of jib hoists are dllBt4, dllCt4, suitable for areas containing ⅡA, ⅡB, ⅡC T1-T4 flammable gases or explosive gas mixtures formed by steam and air in Zone 1 and Zone 2. The parts of the complete electric hoists are mostly supported by copper-based non-sparking metal materials, which are generally suitable for flammable and explosive places such as oil exploration, chemical enterprises, and mine development.
The explosion-proof wire rope electric hoist has a lifting weight of 0.5 tons to 16 tons, and a lifting height of 6 meters to 30 meters. The electrical control adopts a flameproof design, which meets the equipment explosion-proof standard of GB3836. It can also be used with an explosion-proof electric travelling trolley on an explosion-proof single beam cranes, explosion-proof I-beams and other lifting equipment are used together to complete the work of moving up, down, left, and right.
