Then, if the connecting surface is at least 300 mm wide, immediately attach all Yuantai Crane wall jib cranes with screws. The wall brackets or wall mounts are included in the standard scope of delivery; when Yuantai Crane conducts the assembly, we also supply the necessary screw connection.
Using embracing brackets, mount on steel or reinforced masonry supports.
Is your structure equipped with reinforced concrete supports that are stable enough for crane operation?
Embracing brackets can be used to attach square and rectangular reinforced concrete supports. They must be able to be embraced from all angles and have a minimum width of 300 mm. The necessary clamping force is applied via the threaded rods to maintain secure attachment to the supports at the desired height.
The proper embracing brackets for your support dimensions, as well as the necessary mounting material, are included in the shipping scope.
Mounting on reinforced concrete walls using weld-on plates
Weld-on plates are used for mounting on reinforced concrete walls.
Do you have a reinforced concrete wall or reinforced concrete supports with steel plates poured into them for bracing?
You can place wall jib cranes on your prepared mounting plates by using Yuantai Crane weld-on plates. The plates must be precisely at the same level and have a plumb-vertical connection surface for this to work. Weld-on plates are welded to the base, and wall brackets or wall mounts are screwed to them.
Yuantai Crane provides the weld-on plates as well as the necessary mounting fasteners.
Weld-on plates are used for mounting on steel frames.
If the steel supports or weight-bearing steel constructions are not to be drilled through or there are no clamping options, another option is to weld the weld-on plates straight onto them.

The wall bracket is common equipment for wall jib cranes with wall mounting designs. In addition to the wall supports, the wall mounted jib crane requires wall brackets. The concrete wall is drilled through, and the wall bracket is secured to it with tension bolts and counter plates.
On request, we can also provide you with the proper threaded rods for the required wall thickness, as well as counter plates and mounting material. If we do the assembly, it is included in the transport.
