As span is 20m, in order to fit in container, the main girders will be disconnected and reconnected using high-strength bolts provided by Yuantai Crane factory. Reference picture below.

Loading crane into containers and delivery

• Disassemble the girder: To load an overhead crane girder around 20 meters  into a container, it is often necessary to disassemble the girder into 2 sections shown in the above pictures and so that the long girder can fit into the container.

• Secure the girders and other parts : Once the girder sections are loaded into the container, they must be secured to prevent movement during transport. with the following reinforcement material, such as, triangle wood , steel nails, wire ropes, chuck clips, rubber hose, etc.
• Transportation: The overhead crane container can then be transported to its destination using a ship, truck or other vehicle
